Dedicated to Preserving the Irreplaceable History of Stella

The restoration and preservation of Stella area's history is an ongoing project that is made possible by the joint efforts of grants, membership dues and the countless hours put in by the community and volunteers.

The shed was constructed to hold a large collection implements used to assist farmers, loggers, and women in their everyday chores.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places- 1985

The Blacksmith Shop was built by B.F. Brock in 1907.  Inside the building are several collections of old tools, toys and small equipment attributed to the families who lived in the area.

Officially established on

August 14, 1884

The  main building is the original Stella Post Office, 1884.

The building houses remnants of the old Post Office and artifacts of those who lived in this area.
